The Support Ontario Youth program is a great initiative to help people get into the trades. Previously, apprentices needed to know someone to get their foot in the door. Now they have more accessible opportunities available. Apprentices are important to our business for many reasons. An apprentice with the right mentality can be taught and moulded into someone who will be an asset to your business. They also provide low cost labour that will help drive your business, while teaching them a trade that can set them up for life.
