Tony Ennis, with over 40 years of experience in business, has held senior positions in the financial services industry and served on numerous corporate boards. He is actively involved in community initiatives, including refugee sponsorship efforts. Despite injuries, Tony remains an avid golfer and devoted family man.

Bob Gallagher is a senior executive with 40+ years in health, social services, and charitable sectors, known for strategic planning, HR excellence, and project management. An M.P.A. graduate from Queen's, Bob has served on boards like United Way and YMCA Ontario and was part of Ottawa's Mayor's Advisory Committee on Refugees. Awarded the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canada, he volunteers with Cycling Without Age, offering senior care residents trishaw tours.

Gerry Fedchun, Director Commercial of Hepburn Engineering Inc., brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as president of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers' Association and Chairman and CEO of ITT Canada Limited. He is deeply committed to serving on various not-for-profit boards.

Greg Ingram brings over 30 years in education as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, with a strong focus on developing trades programs in schools. He has served on several boards, including twelve years with Victoria County Career Services and the Peterborough Workforce Development Board. Currently an Adjudicator for the Ontario Land Tribunal, Greg is dedicated to supporting youth in pursuing meaningful career paths.

Christine is a bilingual marketing executive and governance leader with 20 years of experience spanning financial services, education, and workforce development. As Principal of Waverider Marketing and Vice-Chair of Skilled Trades Ontario, she helps modernize marketing strategies and apprenticeship pathways to support youth, newcomers, and career changers. She also serves on the board of MutualOne Insurance Company. Christine holds the Chartered Marketer, ICD.D, and CFA ESG Investing designations, and is a passionate advocate for financial education, inclusive training, and economic empowerment.

Sarah is a lawyer at Sherrard Kuzz LLP, one of Canada’s leading employment and labour law firms. Sarah advises, represents and advocates for unionized and non-unionized employees across a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors. Sarah is involved in several community initiatives and has a particular interest in championing women and youth in the trades. In her spare time, Sarah can be found on the golf course or spending time with her goldendoodle.
